Terms and Conditions



The following cancellation conditions apply to a reservation with a flexible rate: The guest can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Free cancellation. In case of cancellation 10 to 13 days before arrival - 20% of the booking value = cancellation costs. In case of cancellation 6 to 9 days before arrival - 30% of the booking value = cancellation costs. In case of cancellation 3 to 5 days before arrival - 40% of the booking value = cancellation costs. In case of cancellation 2 days before arrival - 50% of the booking value = cancellation costs. In case of cancellation within 24 hours before arrival, the cancellation costs are 100% of the booking value.

If you have booked a non-refundable rate, the above conditions do NOT apply and it is no longer possible to cancel your reservation without charge.

The Uniform Conditions for the Hospitality Industry apply to all our agreements.
